Online sales volumes
Website sales volumes have increased 2% year-on-year. This is primarily driven by a change in sales mix (acquisition volume up 23% year-on-year and retention down 12% year-on-year). Website contribution has increased 26% year-on-year from 9.4% to 12% of the total of AGL sales.
Online sales volume includes new acquisitions, existing customers adding or changing a product, and moves by new and existing customers (self-served or signed up to online).
