AGL achieved a six percentage point improvement in employee engagement scores over FY19, driven by a focus on delivering on employee promises and creating an environment where people feel safe to speak up.
Notes
The measure of 62% in FY18 is taken from the results of an engagement pulse survey conducted in early FY19 and was considered a reflection of FY18 employee sentiment.
Engagement scores are based on ORC International methodology.
