Internal and new hires by contract type
With the exception of appointments made under Max-term contracts, there is a greater proportion of males being hired compared to females in both the New Hire and Internal Appointment categories. This is in part a function of the high volume of traditionally male dominated roles in the Group Operations component of the business, where there are fewer female candidates.
